The Applications Development Network (ADN) supports MU faculty and students through the agile and rapid creation of new applications, consulting services for new applications developed by University employees or departments, and hosting and maintenance of existing small-scale applications.  The ADN also provide project management solutions to help departments develop their own applications.
 
The Applications Development Network is funded through Instructional Technology Fees (ITF). Therefore, as long as the application being developed directly impacts students, there is no additional fee for the development and support of the application.

Mission Statement
 
ADN Mission
The mission of the Application Development Network (ADN) is to support the teaching, learning and research of MU faculty, staff and students through:
  • Rapid creation and deployment of new, small-scale applications
  • Hosting, maintenance and enhancement of existing, small-scale applications that were developed outside of the Division of IT
  • Consulting services for personnel in academic units across developing their own "in-house" applications
  • Coordination of a network of IT professionals across campus

ADN Funding
