Ceva Santé Animale was the fastest growing Top 10 veterinary health company through the first 10 years of our existence. Our expertise centres on the two fields of pharmacology and biology, where we have dedicated teams that aim to meet the specific demands of the companion animal, poultry, ruminant and swine sectors. To reach our goal, in 2008 Desvac joined the Ceva Animal Health Group, combining the company’s unique expertise with vaccination equipment with the skills and resources of a global animal health leader to form a powerful vaccine technology partnership. The Ceva Desvac Campus forms an ‘innovation and technical support’ platform which will provide all material means required for the development and implementation of Ceva’s services to clients’ strategy. It also encompasses the Ecat In Ovo activity, which Ceva is using to develop in-ovo vaccination.

Our range of products includes:
  • Sprayer for hatcheries and farms (water and gel technology).
  • Equipment for subcutaneous injection for day old chick
  • Intramuscular equipment for pullets
  • wing web applicator for layers and breeders

These products are aimed at farmers, hatcheries, veterinary surgeons and vaccination teams. Ceva Desvac Campus is an international business (95% of turnover from overseas) and the company’s products are shipped in over 70 countries worldwide.

Our company is organized in four poles in Angers (France):
  • A R&D design studio focusing on new projects and future products
  • A Technical Support, After-Sale Service and Training department providing support services for all clients
  • A specialised Sales Administration division dealing with export issues
  • Production Unit based in Angers
