Heering is available 24/7 for customer support and before you put your first Heering chick carrier in operations our customer support team will be in contact with you and your local service partner to offer the information required to perform professional assistence.
Expert centre
The Heering Expert Centre is a multidisciplinary collaboration focussing on improving performance in day old chick transport.
Poultry specialists, vehicle engineers, climate control engineers, business specialists collaborate to extend the knowledge of day old chick transport. This means that the Expert Centre not only investigates day old chicks in transit, but also performs research on air flow, chick fysiology, climate control and vehicle configuration.
Heering specialists take care of practical training for drivers and (pre-sales) consultancy for hatcheries.
