The table of rest was designed to allow the poultry and especially the fat duck to loosen and not to struggle any more in the entrance to the anesthesia with bath of water. It is a stainless tablet which takes place under the conveyor in the beginning of "process", just after the hanging.
The table of rest is adjustable in height and bows to maintain the poultry or the palmiped at the level of the thorax. The poultry is not totally suspended any more by legs but can rest against the table, and so calms down. The table is little and easy to install and can be adapted on already existing lines.
