With Easy@™ the EW Nutrition GmbH developed a totally new approach to add liquid concentrates directly onto the feed in poultry houses. The new system does not only work with high precision and reliability, it is also easy to be fixed on the existing feeding equipment.
For each feeding line one device is needed. It has to be mounted at the feeding trough or the feeding tube. No electric power system is necessary as it will be driven by the feeding chain or spiral itself. So, with every feeding activity the line automatically and mechanically activates the Easy@™ system. The chain or spiral moves finally a nozzle and the liquids will be sprayed directly onto the feed. The volume used is predefined ex works depending on the additive used. No cumbersome calculations are needed. A following blade mixes the sprayed feed before it is transported to the animals.
