The simple Peer System way of unloading broiler chickens can be adjusted per slaughterhouse.
The speed of unloading is adjusted to the capacity of the slaughterhouse. Depending on what the slaughterhouse prefers, chickens are loaded in on a conveyor-belt or in a carousel. Human touching of the animals is not necessary here as well, so that damage is prevented.
The unloading of the poultry takes place on a clean conveyor-belt: nothing else than chickens are loaded into the slaughterhouse.
Less material, more saving of time
By this completely unique way of working, the slaughterhouse doesn't need machines for stacking, de-stacking or cleaning of crates and containers. This saves time and material and prevents unnecessary contamination.
