HVAC
We offer complete HVAC systems, which are optimized according to weather conditions and the type of animal. Symaga provides the whole livestock facility for the control of ventilation, heating and cooling.
Windows
Symaga offers two models in PVC and polyester.
PVC window
They avoid the “cold wall” effect of a conventional window and the condensation caused by thermal insulation, which improves energy saving both in calories and frigories. Available with single and double glazing.
Polyester window
Flat and dual-chamber model are avaliable
Regulator and opening of windows
Symaga provides a robust, easy-to-use system. It has an internal battery to ensure the entry of oxygen in the event of a power failure.
Fans
Their adaptability allows constant operation in adverse climates and in dusty, wet and corrosive environments.
They are designed to obtain the best ratio between air flow and power consumption, standing out for their power and durability.
We offer a low and high air flow range.
Our low flow range includes single-phase and three-phase axial fans with external rotor motor, for wall and tube. The blades are made of aluminium and fixed directly to the rotor.
In high flow fans, the casing is made of high-strength galvanized steel. The blades can be supplied in stainless or galvanized steel.
Tube
Their design reduces transport costs and accommodates different roof inclinations.
Available in diameters of 45, 50 and 63 cm.
To complete the assembly we offer a range of accessories, such as the corrugated and flat roof, the butterfly valve and cover.
Air inlet valve
Air inlet adaptable to different types of livestock building walls. Designed to ensure optimum air flow at all levels of ventilation.
They are made of corrosion-resistant materials which allow optimum insulation, avoiding thermal bridges and condensation.
Regulation
The computer allows complete control of all components of the farm, ensuring optimal performance of the HVAC system. Depending on the requirements of the facility, we include modular peripherals and software.
Heating
Heating is critical to achieve an indoor climate that promotes productivity. Symaga offers the following heating systems:
Fixed plates
We offer fixed plates for maternity and wean to finish and lines for weaning, of two types: hydraulic and electric, made of stainless steel and polymer. We provide a separate, easy-to-install bracket, which achieves the correct placement of the plate.
Delta tubes
This is a fast, efficient heating system due to its high heat transfer and low calorie production cost. It eliminates the disadvantages of air heating, avoiding a dry environment and dust formation.
Made of extruded and anodized aluminium. Easy and economical installation, with no threads.
Gas air heaters
The gas air heaters ensure homogeneous air circulation in the building, by means of fans. Their external combustion limits the increase of harmful gases and ensures partial air replacement.
High pressure
This is a high pressure spray system made of stainless steel. The hydraulic discharge of the pressure group, without solenoid valve, ensures water atomization.
We emphasize its watertightness, there being no joints, and its quick and easy assembly, fully bolted, allowing immediate reaction to heat waves. It quickly covers the environment of the farm, which promotes perfect cleaning and disinfection.
Cooling
We offer two systems: wet wall and cooling modules.
Wet wall
This cooling system is formed by an assembly of 100 mm thick evaporative panels and the water supply system. To secure the panels and the water distribution, an aluminium or stainless steel extruded chutes is used for such aim.
To secure the panels and distribute the water a chute made of extruded aluminium or stainless steel is used.
Cooling modules
Modular system facilitating transport and the modification or expansion of existing facilities. Consisting of cellulose walls individually removable from the structure, facilitating disassembly when it is not in use. The structure is composed of central and lateral pillars made of galvanized or stainless steel. The hydraulic circuit has a levelling valve, regulation, electric pump and a diffuser tube for feeding the panels.
